Health 160 (02656) signed an AI computing power strategic cooperation framework agreement, with an estimated cooperation amount of about 650 million yuan

Zhitong Finance App News, Health 160 (02656) announced that on September 16, 2026, Shenzhen 160 Network Technology Co., Ltd. (160 Network Technology), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with a limited liability company (partner) registered in Shenzhen, China. The partner is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on the field of enterprise-level computing power infrastructure and providing services such as equipment leasing and AI cloud computing power. It has been established for more than 10 years, has a registered capital of over RMB 100 million, and has been selected as a provincial specialist and a municipal gazelle enterprise.

The partners initially agreed to purchase enterprise-grade AI computing power infrastructure of a certain scale for 160 Network Technology, with an estimated total cooperation amount of about RMB 650 million. The cooperation framework agreement is valid for one year, from September 16, 2026 to September 15, 2027.

The board of directors believes that the signing of this cooperative framework agreement will help the Group accumulate large-scale delivery experience, lay a solid foundation for continuing to export integrated solutions to the healthcare industry and a wider range of customer groups, and are in line with the Group's long-term strategy of broadening revenue sources and cultivating new business growth points. The cooperation framework agreement is based on general commercial terms. It is fair and reasonable, and conforms to the overall interests of the company and shareholders.
