The “Plan” proposes to increase credit support in key areas of employment and entrepreneurship for women. Explore innovative “cluster radiation+accurate matchmaking” financial service models based on relevant women's social organizations such as the Beijing Women Entrepreneurs Association. Personalized financial service plans are formulated around new models of home employment and flexible employment such as “e-commerce for women”, handmade products, and domestic service to support women groups, including low-income women and women interrupted due to childbearing, to start businesses and employment.
