Since the current transaction price of the company's shares does not reflect the company's intrinsic value and firm confidence in the Group's business development prospects, implementation of the “soft and hard core cloud” integration strategy, and long-term investment value in cutting-edge directions such as smart cockpits, in-vehicle AI, vehicle-side computing power ecology, and vehicle optical interconnection, and to further highlight the high degree of agreement between the management team and the interests of the company and all shareholders, Mr. Liang Chen, vice president of the company's procurement center, increased the company's shares in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's public market today. On September 16, 2026, Mr. Leung increased his holdings of the company's H shares in the open market through centralized bidding through the Stock Exchange trading system, accounting for about 0.017% of the total number of shares issued by the company on the date of this announcement.
