(hereinafter referred to as “Zhengxin Valley”) signed the “Ningbo Zhixing Yueheng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership)”. As a limited partner, the company plans to invest 100 million yuan to subscribe to Ningbo Zhixing Yueheng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Ningbo Zhixing” or “partnership”). As of this announcement, the company plans to invest 100 million yuan to participate in the subscription for Ningbo Zhixing's fund share. On the other hand, Ningbo Zhixing is still recruiting.

This partnership mainly invests directly or indirectly in artificial intelligence model development, hardware manufacturing, and applications in various fields such as biomedicine, technology, and consumption through equity and other methods permitted by applicable law.
