As new quality productivity grows at an accelerated pace, emerging industries such as artificial intelligence have become the surest force to support the steady growth of electricity consumption throughout society. The rapid expansion of the artificial intelligence industry has directly led to a rapid rise in data center electricity demand. Currently, the average number of daily token calls across the country has increased by a thousand times compared to two years ago, and demand for computing power is soaring. By the end of July 2026, the total scale of intelligent computing power in the country reached 2.45 million PFLOPS. Eight major national computing power hubs and three collaborative computing development zones have been built, accounting for more than 85% of the country's intelligent computing scale.
