Zhitong Finance App News, ST Perry (300831.SZ) announced that on September 15, 2026, the company and Xi'an University of Technology signed the “Joint Research and Development Center for Pulse Power Devices and Joint Training Base for Postgraduate Students”. The company plans to join forces with the power device team of the School of Automation and Information Engineering of Xi'an University of Technology to jointly build a joint R&D center for pulse power devices and a joint training base for graduate students.

The agreement is a preliminary framework and intentional agreement on the will and basic principles of cooperation between the two parties, and there is still uncertainty about the final results of the cooperation.
