On the afternoon of September 16, Ruihu Mold said during an online convertible bond issuance roadshow that in response to the characteristics of accelerated model iteration and increased short-term orders from downstream car companies, the company has implemented AI intelligent design and dynamic matching of production line resources to reduce the delivery cycle of orders with different priorities. There is indeed a phased production capacity shortage in the company's equipment business. The “Smart Manufacturing Upgrade and Expansion Project for Medium and High-end Passenger Vehicle Large Precision Cover Molds” will add delivery capacity of 180 sets of large precision cover molds per year after full production to fill the capacity gap; the “Intelligent Additive Manufacturing Project for Key Materials for Large Precision Cover Moulds” implemented simultaneously to achieve independent production of 39,000 tons of mold blanks. It mainly addresses the pain points of long delivery cycles and unstable quality of external castings, further releasing the effective production capacity of existing production lines from the supply chain side.
