The Zhitong Finance App learned that CRO concept stocks had the highest gains. As of press release, Kingsley Biotech (01548) rose 13.76% to HK$37.04; Viva Biotech (01873) rose 7.81% to HK$1.45; Biosetu-B (02315) rose 7.08% to HK$62.75; and Gloria Ying (06821) rose 6.02% to HK$174.4.

According to the news, recently, AIDD is favorable to intensive catalysis. Twist and Kingsley have successively announced that they have reached an agreement with Eli Lilly TuneLab to provide preferential wet laboratory services to TuneLab member companies to quickly generate experimental data; Novartis announced a partnership with Anthropic to accelerate the discovery of new drugs using its Claude Science platform. At the same time, as innovative drug BD transactions continue to be active, pharmaceutical companies tend to have abundant R&D capital. In order to seize the innovative drug R&D window and guarantee project progress, pharmaceutical companies' willingness to pay for external R&D services has increased, and CRO companies have shown a “sharp rise in volume and price” trend.

A recent China Merchants Securities research report indicates that the CXO sector's boom is clearly rising. In the first half of this year, the domestic CXO sector's revenue and net profit to mother increased by 24.5% and 52.7%, respectively. The profit growth rate was close to the highest point in the previous cycle; current orders and new orders picked up across the board, and leading companies raised their full-year guidance. In addition, AI pharmaceuticals are expected to reshape the pharmaceutical research and development industry and improve drug development efficiency, and the sector will also benefit.
