The Zhitong Finance App learned that WODO.US (WODO.US), a cross-border freight and logistics service provider in Wuhan, China, increased the proposed issuance scale of its upcoming IPO on Wednesday. The company, headquartered in Wuhan, China, now plans to issue 6 million shares at an issue price range of $5 to $6, and raise $33 million. The documents previously submitted by the company were the issuance of 1.5 million shares, with an issue price range of 4 to 6 US dollars. Based on the median value of the adjusted range, the amount raised will be 340% higher than previously anticipated, and the market value will reach US$190 million.

Worldcom provides comprehensive cross-border logistics solutions, with a strategic focus on cross-border freight services connecting China and the global market. The company operates through subsidiaries located in major cities such as Shanghai, Wuhan, and Shenzhen.

Founded in 2020, Wadtong achieved $57 million in revenue over the 12 months ending March 31, 2026. The company plans to list on NASDAQ under the code WODO. In the latest filing, the company also removed the underwriter for this transaction; previously, the company listed Craft Capital Management as the sole bookkeeper.
