The Zhitong Finance App learned that on September 17, YI.US (YI.US) released the results report for the second quarter of 2026. According to the report, 1 Pharmaceutical Network achieved revenue of 2.3 billion yuan in the quarter. The company continues to deepen asset-light, platform-based operations, steadily improve operational efficiency, accelerate the penetration of AI throughout the business chain, and continue to unleash the momentum of digital intelligent operations. In the first half of the year, platform (MP) service revenue increased 18.2% year-on-year, and the results of strategic transformation and cost reduction and efficiency were further demonstrated.

Accelerate AI business penetration and activate new momentum for digital intelligent operation

In the second quarter, the company comprehensively accelerated AI business penetration and continued to promote the implementation of AI across the sales, middle and supply chain links: 12 AI applications on the sales side were fully launched, 6 agents in the business center were put into operation, the efficiency of 4 core scenarios was increased by more than 80%, and more than 20 reusable AI capabilities were accumulated, and AI was promoted from “pilot exploration” to everyday business.

In terms of customer operation and channel collaboration, AI management assistants have moved from customized development to large-scale application, focusing on chain customers, with a WeChat message reach 93%; the first batch of pilot rebate incentive centers launched during the same period covered 158 enterprises and 108 product regulations, initially forming a closed loop of data collaboration connecting manufacturers, platforms and pharmacies.

The digitalization of the supply chain is accelerating simultaneously. The company continues to improve the digital level of the supply chain, upgrading inventory operation data from T+1 inquiries to real-time monitoring to achieve full-link tracking of abnormal alarms and execution records. After the launch of the Wuhan branch, SKUs remained stable at more than 16,000, and the transparency and responsiveness of multi-warehouse collaboration was further improved.

As AI and digital capabilities penetrate more business links, the company's core business operation logic is shifting from traditional manual driving to AI intelligent driving, and the trend of improving efficiency and decreasing costs is further consolidated. In the second quarter, the company's fulfillment rate was optimized, and overall logistics expenses decreased by 29.5% year on year; overall operating expenses for the quarter decreased by 16.1% year on year.

The out-of-hospital market is expanding at an accelerated pace, and upstream and downstream cooperation continues to deepen

With the dual support of operational efficiency and AI capabilities, the out-of-hospital market expansion is more powerful. The main marketing products and drug agency business grew strongly. Among them, net revenue and gross profit of main marketing products increased by 90.2% and 86.4%, respectively. In order to further enrich its product portfolio, the company continues to expand cooperation with pharmaceutical companies to ensure that it obtains product distribution rights for small and medium-sized pharmacy chains. Among them, an original flagship product was launched in the first quarter of 2025, and sales have climbed from 85,000 boxes/quarter in the same period last year to 1.04 million boxes/quarter this year. In addition, other key products that have been granted distribution rights also maintained steady sales during the quarter, with individual sales reaching record highs. These results highlight the company's unique marketing expertise and create strong growth drivers for upstream suppliers and downstream partners.

Industrial ecological cooperation is also being promoted in depth. The Southwest Regional Manufacturers Conference was successfully held, bringing together more than 300 manufacturers and more than 500 participants in the Southwest region. 36 enterprises reached strategic cooperation on site, and regional industrial collaboration and policy consensus reached a new level.

In addition, the company's national compliance network continues to expand, providing more solid support for the expansion of the out-of-hospital market. The number of fulfillment centers increased to 21 in the second quarter, and the Yunnan fulfillment center was added, covering more than 890 counties and cities across the country 24 hours a day. The service radius and delivery time increased simultaneously.

Dr. Yu Gang, co-founder and executive chairman of 1 Pharmaceutical Network, said, “In the second quarter of 2026, we will continue to deepen our strategic deployment in the direction of asset-light and platform-based operations. In the first half of the year, platform (MP) service revenue achieved 18.2% year-on-year growth, confirming the effectiveness of strategic promotion and fully demonstrating our commitment to a high-quality, scalable, and efficient operation development path. At the same time, we are making every effort to fully implement the artificial intelligence strategy, accelerate the fundamental transformation of the business model from traditional manpower driven to AI intelligence, and strive to continue to create long-term returns for customers, ecological partners and shareholders with a better service experience.”
