The principal amount is HK$50 million. The coupon interest rate for the period from August 14, 2023 to August 14, 2025 is 6% per year, and the coupon interest rate is 7.5% per year from August 15, 2025 to August 14, 2026.

The first renewal of the note was completed on August 15, 2024, and the second renewal was completed on August 15, 2025, respectively. The principal amount remained unchanged except for interest rate adjustments as agreed. In order to optimize the Group's capital allocation and continue to obtain stable investment returns through prudent financial management, Siludi Hong Kong and Mega Link signed a supplementary agreement (renewal agreement) in 2026 to renew the maturity date of this note. The expiration date after renewal is August 14, 2028. The coupon interest rate is 9% per annum.

Through the extension of this note, the Group can continue to obtain stable interest income, improve the efficiency of capital use, and the proceeds from the transaction will be used to supplement the Group's R&D investment and daily operating capital. This move is in line with the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
