During the 2026 Huawei Full Connectivity Conference, Yang Chaobin, executive director of Huawei and CEO of ICT BG, delivered a keynote speech. He explained the Lingqu interconnect architecture in a systematic manner around computational architecture innovation, and announced the launch of a serial computing power platform based on the Lingqu interconnection architecture to enable customers, partners and developers to innovate applications. Under the traditional computing architecture, when the scale of the cluster expands, the resource utilization rate actually declines. The actual model computing power utilization rate of the 100,000 card cluster is only about 20%, and a large amount of computing power is waiting for communication to be completed. To this end, with the Lingqu Internet as the core, Huawei is building a new computing architecture that collaborates with clusters and supernodes to support the explosive growth of computing demand in the Agentic AI era. The computing system based on Lingqu has four major characteristics: 1. Protocol harmonization and memory semantics. 2. Diverse computing power, heterogeneous collaboration. 3. Hierarchical storage, global pooling. 4. Optoelectronic interconnection, flexible networking.
