During this period, the research team held discussions with the Qinghai Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Energy Administration, and relevant photothermal power generation enterprises to fully understand the development of the industry, the problems encountered, and listen to relevant suggestions. The research team conducted field research on the photothermal power plants of enterprises such as China Yangtze River Three Gorges Group Co., Ltd., China General Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd., China General Nuclear New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd., China Power Construction New Energy Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Kesheng Technology Co., Ltd., and Qinghai Central Control Solar Power Co., Ltd. to thoroughly understand the operation of power plants.
