Previously, the high-pressure hoses required by Caterpillar's various OEMs in China were mainly imported from abroad and assembled domestically. The start of mass production at the Xuzhou Rubber Hose Plant marks a shift from mainly relying on imports to local manufacturing. It also means that its manufacturing layout in China and the Asia-Pacific supply chain system have been further improved.
