Gimpo Investment is a strategic holding organization in the Shanghai International Group system. It is mainly engaged in the initiation, management, investment and operation of investment funds and other types of equity investment funds, focusing on key national industries such as fintech, artificial intelligence, new productivity, green and low-carbon, high-end manufacturing, and future industries.

The two sides will integrate resources and advantages to jointly explore the creation of an AI-native and token-native portfolio ecosystem, provide deep token-based enabling services for Gimpo Investment and its investee companies, and jointly promote Gimpo Investment as a new token value exchange platform in the AI era. This cooperation marks a further breakthrough in the Group's data tokenization capabilities in the field of financial investment.

According to the Memorandum of Cooperation, the Group will cooperate with Gimpo Investment as follows:

1. Explore building an AI-native and token-native portfolio ecosystem. The two sides will jointly explore the creation of an AI-native and token-native portfolio ecosystem, rely on AI data infrastructure such as the company TokenOS and full-link data service capabilities for AI applications, combine the advantages of Jinpu Investment in portfolio management and industry insight, jointly promote data collection, cleaning, labeling and governance in investment research and post-investment management scenarios, jointly build high-quality industry data sets, and explore the R&D, training and tuning of customized small models and agents, and jointly promote the pay-as-you-go token business model to help Gimpo Investment achieve AI Token dual-driven investment management paradigm upgrade.

2. Explore the provision of deep tokenized enabling services based on platforms such as TokenOS for investee companies invested in Gimpo Investments. The company provides AI data infrastructure such as TokenOS. Gimpo Investment leverages the resource network and post-investment management influence of the invested enterprises, helps the company accurately identify the AI application requirements of relevant invested enterprises, jointly promotes the implementation of TokenOS and other platforms in Gimpo invested enterprises, and provides the investee companies with services such as large model docking, tokenized data governance, small enterprise models and intelligent implementation to help the invested enterprises upgrade their business with AI, and achieve value extension from the investment side to the invested enterprise side.
