Zhitong Finance App News, ST Huawen (000793.SZ) announced that the company's holding subsidiary Hainan Anke Charging Technology Co., Ltd. (“Anke Charge”) and Hainan Xiaoji Technology Co., Ltd. (“Chicken Technology”) jointly signed a “Charging Asset Acquisition Agreement” in Haikou City on September 17, 2026. An Kechong purchased 23 NEV charging station asset groups owned by Xiaoji Technology in cash at a price of 10.7193 million yuan.

Affected by changes in the external industry environment, the growth of the company's traditional media business is under pressure.
