Bank of the Central Plains (01216): Zhang Tao's qualifications as governor were approved

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhongyuan Bank (01216) issued an announcement that the bank has obtained the “Henan Financial Supervisory Authority's Approval on Zhang Tao's Qualifications as Governor, Director, and Vice Chairman of Zhongyuan Bank” (Yu Jinfu [2026] No. 201) from the Henan Regulatory Bureau of the State Financial Supervisory Administration. According to the approval document, Mr. Zhang Tao's qualifications as the bank's governor, executive director and vice chairman have been approved. His term of office starts on September 14, 2026 (that is, the date the Henan Regulatory Bureau of the State Financial Supervisory Administration approves his qualifications as governor, director and vice chairman) until the bank's 3rd board of directors changes. After the term expires, he is eligible for re-election.
