DYNAM JAPAN (06889) subsidiary plans to sell aircraft for 65.2 million US dollars

Zhitong Finance App News, DYNAM JAPAN (06889) announced that on September 17, 2026 (after the trading period), DAIL (Dynam Aviation Ireland Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) signed an aircraft sales agreement with SAIL (Sato Aviation Ireland Limited). Based on this, DAIL conditionally agreed to sell, while SAIL agreed to purchase at a purchase price of US$65.2 million (equivalent to approximately HK$509 million) The aircraft (subject to and benefits from the terms of this lease) will be subject to several price adjustments upon delivery.

The aircraft is an Airbus A321-271NX with two PW1133GA-JM engines. As of March 31, 2026, the aircraft's net audited book value was approximately US$65.1 million. The aircraft is currently subject to this lease, which will be replaced by SAIL upon delivery.

The sale is in line with the Group's strategic objective of expanding direct business with major airline customers through a combination of portfolio transactions and aviation leasing management while managing risk exposure to such airlines. This strategy has enabled the Group to expand and diversify its aircraft leasing business while achieving attractive equity returns, maintaining stable capital inflows, and maintaining prudent debt levels.
