This morning, the 2026 China Arbitration Summit was held in Beijing. The China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission presented typical cases of “Belt and Road” international commercial arbitration at the forum. Since the launch of the “Belt and Road” initiative in 2013, Trade Brokerage has handled a total of 4,148 cases involving the “Belt and Road” countries and regions, with a dispute amount of RMB 239.733 billion, including 348 cases involving more than 100 million yuan. The parties involved in the cases came from 115 “Belt and Road” co-construction countries and regions.
