Greater China Holdings (00021): Chung Wai Heng Appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr. Liang Kun has resigned as an independent non-executive director with effect from October 2, 2026, due to personal reasons. After his resignation, Mr. Leung Kun also ceased serving as a member of the Company's Audit Committee, the Company's Remuneration Committee, and the Company's Nomination Committee.

Ms Chung Wai-hang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee with effect from October 2, 2026.
