Venture Group Holdings (02221) completed the issuance of 5 million shares with a net raise of approximately HK$4.88 million

Zhitong Finance App News, Venture Group Holdings (02221) announced that all the prerequisites contained in the subscription agreement have been met, and the subscription was completed on September 18, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. A total of 5 million subscribed shares (accounting for about 2.13% of the company's issued share capital after being expanded through allotment and issuance of subscribed shares) have been allocated and issued to subscribers at a subscription price of HK$1.00 per subscribed share. The total proceeds and net proceeds from the subscription were HK$5 million and HK$4.88 million respectively. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the subscription for the Group's general working capital (including but not limited to employee costs, professional service fees and other general administrative and operating expenses).
