On September 18, the Beijing Regulatory Bureau of the China Financial Supervisory Administration issued an administrative penalty information disclosure form showing that Beijing Agricultural Commercial Bank was fined a total of 3.65 million yuan for inaccurate loan risk classification; the “three checks” for working capital loans; uncompliant penetrative use of operating property loans; inadequate impairment accrual and inaccurate valuations; unregulated consumer rights protection; and offenses such as the enterprise bearing the cost of transferring mortgage assessment fees; and the offense, Qin Xiaogang, was warned and fined 50,000 yuan; Xia Ziqi was warned and fined 50,000 yuan.
