According to Zhitong Finance App, Rongxin China (03301) announced that for the month ending August 2026, the Group's total contract sales were approximately RMB 182 million, an increase of 40.11% over the previous year; the Group's contract construction area was about 7130 square meters; and the Group's average contract sales price was approximately RMB 25,579 per square meter.

For the eight months ended August 31, 2026, the Group's total contract sales were approximately RMB 1,731 million, a year-on-year decrease of 35.89%; the Group's total contract construction area was approximately 153,400 square meters; and the Group's average contract sales price was approximately RMB 11,282 per square meter.
