On September 17, Chen Gang, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the Autonomous Region, met with US Speaker James Manning and his entourage in Nanning to lead a delegation to Gui to attend the 23rd China-ASEAN Expo and the China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit.
