On September 17, 2026, the company's holding subsidiary Jirui Star World and the People's Government of Yangkou Town, Rudong County (hereinafter referred to as “Party A”) signed a “Project Construction Agreement”. Jirui Starship plans to invest in the construction of an industrial project in Yangkou Town, Rudong County, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan to use 165 acres of land in the existing factory area of Haili Wind Power Equipment (Rudong) Co., Ltd. to produce fuel tanks.

This investment project is an industrial extension layout carried out by the company based on strategic development needs and judgment on the industry's market prospects, with the aim of exploring new business growth points. Jirui Star has certain technical accumulation and customer resources in related fields. Haili Wind Power has experience in large-scale equipment processes. The two sides plan to form technical complementarity in structural design, precision manufacturing and process standards to improve the manufacturing capacity of large diameter tanks; the project site is close to the company's existing coastal base, and it is intended to rely on the coastal base terminal, existing heavy lifting equipment and terminal lifting capacity to shorten the logistics chain from product disembarkation to shipment. It will provide comprehensive logistics solutions for Jirui Star and downstream customers, and strive to form a collaborative advantage in the manufacturing and delivery of large diameter tanks.
