According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Industrial International (002051.SZ) announced that on September 18, 2026 (Beijing time), the company and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Nicaragua (Ministry of Transport of Nicaragua for short) signed a commercial contract for the construction project of the port of Cabo in Nicaragua (three standard sections). The contract amount for the three stages of the Nibu Port construction project in Nicaragua is about 116 million US dollars. The project is located in the autonomous region of the Southern Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua. The project includes the construction of onshore projects such as port concrete slabs and port buildings, as well as the procurement, installation and commissioning of equipment and control systems. The scope of work includes procurement, construction, etc., and the contract period is 630 calendar days from the date of notification of commencement of construction.

The total contract amount for the port construction project in Nigeria (three subsections) is approximately US$116 million, equivalent to approximately RMB 782 million, or 6.76% of the company's total revenue in 2025. The execution of the contract will have a positive impact on the company's operating performance for the next two years.
