Nokoda Technology (00519) completed the issuance of convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HK$33 million

All the prerequisites contained in the subscription agreement have been met in accordance with the relevant terms of each, and the completion was confirmed on September 18, 2026. Upon completion, convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HK$33 million have been issued to the subscribers. The net proceeds from the subscription process (after deducting commissions and other related costs and expenses) are approximately HK$32.57 million.
