Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that the Qliro AB (publ) (STO:QLIRO) Chief Executive Officer, Christoffer Rutgersson, recently bought kr492k worth of stock, for kr17.55 per share. The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Qliro

In fact, the recent purchase by Chief Executive Officer Christoffer Rutgersson was not their only acquisition of Qliro shares this year. Earlier in the year, they paid kr19.32 per share in a kr1.1m purchase. That means that even when the share price was higher than kr16.60 (the recent price), an insider wanted to purchase shares. While their view may have changed since the purchase was made, this does at least suggest they have had confidence in the company's future. We always take careful note of the price insiders pay when purchasing shares. Generally speaking, it catches our eye when an insider has purchased shares at above current prices, as it suggests they believed the shares were worth buying, even at a higher price.
