Bawat Water Technologies to Raise SEK11 Million via Two Directed Share Issues

12:06 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bawat Water Technologies (BAWAT.ST) plans to raise a total of 11.1 million kronor before transaction costs through two directed issues of new shares. The offerings comprise an issuance of up to 13,250,243 new shares at 0.84 kronor apiece to existing shareholders and Chairman Klaus Nyborg, according to a Sept. 18 release. The second directed Issue is subject to approval by an extraordinary general meeting. The water management and treatment company will use the proceeds to bolster its ballast-as-a-service platform.
