Jin'an Intelligence (00567): Signed a cooperation agreement with Weixun Technology to expand business related to physical intelligence and AI computing power storage

Since the artificial intelligence (AI) and physical intelligence markets are in a stage of rapid development, they have huge business opportunities and growth potential. The Group's business includes the manufacture and trade of printed circuit boards (PCBs), which are key core components such as AI servers, computational storage devices, chips, and robot hardware. Relying on its accumulated technology and experience, the Group plans to strategically expand businesses related to physical intelligence, computing power, storage, chips and servers. The purpose of this move is to extend the main business up and downstream of the PCB industry chain to further enrich the Group's revenue sources and seize industrial development opportunities, thereby creating long-term value for the company and shareholders.
In order to implement the above business strategy, the Group and SVA Distribution Limited (SVA Distribution Limited, hereinafter referred to as “Weixunte Technology”) signed a relevant cooperation agreement on September 21, 2026.
According to the cooperation agreement, the company and Weixunte Technology plan to carry out comprehensive cooperation in the following fields:
1. Embodying intelligent business: Weixun Technology will utilize its broad market and customer resource advantages and position as a smart distributor to cooperate closely with the Group to jointly expand the intelligent robot market in Hong Kong, China, Macau, and the Asia-Pacific region. The scope of cooperation includes product research and development, customized development, marketing and promotion, equipment leasing and manufacturing. We are committed to providing customers with rich personalized intelligent products and one-stop solutions.
2. AI computing power and storage business: The two sides will work together to expand the computing power, storage, chip and server business related to artificial intelligence. The cooperation model will combine the Group's R&D, manufacturing and technical advantages in the PCB field, as well as Weixunte's advantages in market channels, customer resources, project implementation and value-added technology services to jointly provide high-quality technology products and comprehensive solutions to government agencies, public enterprises and commercial enterprises.
