The Zhitong Finance App learned that Ali Health (00241) opened low today and fell more than 6% during the intraday period. As of press release, it decreased by 4.89% to HK$2.915, with a turnover of HK$313 million.

According to the news, Alibaba Health recently announced personnel changes in senior management. It was announced that Yu Yong has been appointed as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, CEO, Chairman of the Nomination Committee and authorized representative. At the same time, Alibaba Health announced that Shen Difan has resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and authorized representative. However, Shen Difan is still an executive director and will invest more time to promote the application of Alibaba Group's artificial intelligence business in the healthcare field, while continuing to lead the development of Alibaba Health's hydrogen ion and traceability code business.

Bank of America Securities pointed out that although the company recently experienced personnel changes and the CEO changed, it is expected that medical AI and omnichannel drug retail will still be its primary strategy, which can enhance long-term competitiveness and growth. The bank lowered Ali Health's 2027 revenue and adjusted net profit forecast by 4%, respectively, to a year-on-year increase of 9% to RMB 37.4 billion and a year-on-year drop of 10% to RMB 2.1 billion, mainly affected by reduced platform subsidies and weak sales in non-drug categories.
