Eco Buildings Group Forms Strategic Investment Framework with The Gambia

03:08 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Eco Buildings Group (ECOB.L) signed a binding strategic investment framework deal with the Republic of The Gambia to develop at least 10,000 homes in the country, according to a Monday filing. Under the deal signed with Lumen Holdings and the Gambian interior and defense ministries, the British modular housing company will establish its West African headquarters, advanced manufacturing base, technology-transfer center, training academy and export hub in the country. New entity Eco Buildings Gambia was also set up for the plan, which has an initial target of building 1,000 homes. Detailed investment, financing, shareholder and other arrangements will be agreed separately.
