Tianjie Environmental (01527) intends to nominate Bian Hang as a non-executive director

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Tianjie Environment (01527) issued an announcement. On September 21, 2026, the board of directors of Zhejiang Tianjie Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (the Company) received the resignation of Mr. Zhu Xianbo (Mr. Zhu). Due to retirement reasons, he will resign as a non-executive director and chairman of the board of directors, and proposed the appointment of a new non-executive director to fill the temporary vacancy caused by Mr. Zhu's resignation (approved by the Company's shareholders at the Special General Meeting of Shareholders to be held by the Company).

In light of Mr. Zhu's resignation, the Board of Directors intends to nominate Mr. Bian Hang (Mr. Bian) to replace Mr. Zhu as a non-executive director. The proposed appointment of Mr. Bian is subject to approval by shareholders in the form of an ordinary resolution at the special shareholders' meeting before it can be implemented. Mr. Bian's term of office will begin after shareholders' approval at the special shareholders' meeting and end on May 30, 2028.
