Market news: As shipments in the Black Sea region stagnate, Russian companies are transforming fertilizer and coal terminals at Baltic Sea and Arctic ports into food export hubs. According to industry sources, applications for food transportation by rail to Ultramar terminal in the Baltic Sea reached about 260,000 tons in September. Russian Railways received the first batch of food from southern Russia to the port of Murmansk and is scheduled to export it in October.
