The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on September 21, Du Fu Liquor Group (00986) changed positions, with a total market value of 6.292,300 HK$6.2923 million, accounting for 20%. The company's shareholders deposited 258.941 million shares into Metaverse (International) Securities, and the shareholding ratio remained unchanged.

Du Fu Liquor Group announced that all conditions of the placement agreement have been met and that the placement was completed on September 21, 2026. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent has successfully placed a total of 25.8941 million shares to no less than six undertakers at the placement price of HK$0.260 per share, which is equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the issued share capital of the company which expanded by allocating and issuing the placed shares immediately after the placement was completed.
