At a press conference on the theme of “Starting the 15th Five-Year Plan” series held by the Information Office of the State Council today, relevant officials of the Ministry of Natural Resources said that the “15th Five-Year Plan” period is a critical period for China to basically achieve socialist modernization, to consolidate its foundation and fully develop its strength. To this end, the natural resources department will focus on the following four areas of work. Focus on improving the level of spatial governance; focus on improving the efficiency of resource allocation; focus on improving the quality of ecosystems; and focus on improving resource security capabilities.
