ABL Texcell Diagnostics Signs LoI to Acquire Vela's US, Singapore Operations

01:03 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ABL Texcell Diagnostics (ABLD.PA) signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire Vela Operations Singapore and Vela Diagnostics USA. The LoI was signed together with the molecular diagnostics firm's parent company, Advanced Biological Laboratories, and Vela Group's parent, VDH Holding, according to a Monday release. ABL said the transaction will expand its footprint into the Asia-Pacific region and the US. The deal is subject to due diligence, final agreements and regulatory approvals.
