Century Huatong (002602.SZ) subsidiary plans to invest 650 million yuan in the Shuxiang Shangshi Venture Capital Fund

Zhitong Finance App News, Century Huatong (002602.SZ) announced that Jiaxing Xingsong Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Jiaxing Xing Song”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, recently signed a “Partnership Agreement” with Beijing Shangshi Investment Management Co., Ltd. (“Beijing Shangshi”) to participate in the Investment Shuxiang Shangshi (Tianjin) Venture Capital Partnership (limited partnership), and agreed to authorize general partner Beijing Shangshi as the managing partner to provide investment management and administrative services to the partnership. As one of the limited partners, Jiaxing Xing Song pledged 650 million yuan of capital with its own funds. The fund's investment direction is to explore emerging industry opportunities in the field of cutting-edge technology.
