J.P. Morgan Chase published a research report that covered Jiantao laminates for the first time and gave it an “gain” rating. The target price is HK$65, which is equivalent to 21 times and 13 times the predicted price-earnings ratio in 2026 and 2027, compared to an average of 12.5 times over the past 10 years. The bank pointed out that demand for artificial intelligence and general servers has caused a sharp shortage of glass cloth. The price of electronic grade glass cloth has risen by more than 100% since this year, which is expected to increase the company's consolidated profit margin and market share. The bank predicts an eight-fold increase in earnings per share between 2025 and 2028. The main drivers include: industry shortages and migration to high-end CCL driving a cumulative 150% increase in the average price of CCL blends, capacity expansion projects in Jiangxi and Guangdong, a 75% increase in the size of the loom fleet over the next two years, and HVLP1-3 copper foil climbing and HVLP4 potential customer certification.
