Diageo's Finance Chief to Step Down; WPP CFO to Take Over

02:36 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Diageo (DGE.L) Chief Financial Officer Nik Jhangiani will step down and be succeeded by Joanne Wilson, the CFO at giant WPP (WPP.L), according to a Wednesday release. Wilson will get a seat on the board and executive committee of the alcoholic beverage group in 2027, while Jhangiani, the CFO of Diageo since September 2024, will retain his position to ensure a smooth handover. WPP said in a separate same-day filing that Wilson's departure date will be decided later and that she will serve a 12-month notice period. Its search process for a new CFO has been launched.
