During the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, the Ministry of Civil Affairs will speed up the improvement of the three-level old-age service network in counties and villages around the goal of “having personnel, facilities, mechanisms, and sustainability” for rural elderly care, and increase the supply of inclusive, basic, and underfunded old-age services for different types of elderly people.
