OECD: “Inflation is expected to rise in the short term due to rising commodity prices; inflation will gradually ease in 2027 as energy prices fall and monetary policy tightening helps curb widespread price pressure. Overall G20 inflation is expected to fall from 4.1% in 2026 to 3.6% in 2027. Core inflation in advanced economies is expected to fall back from 2.7% in 2026 to 2.5% in 2027.”
