On September 23, Henan Province successfully issued 56.04 billion yuan of government bonds in Shenzhen. General bonds of $7.846 billion were added for infrastructure project construction. Special bonds of 38.012 billion yuan were added, of which: 9.28 billion yuan was used to supplement the financial resources of local government funds; 8.438 billion yuan was used for stock government investment projects; and 20.094 billion yuan was used for 391 construction projects in key areas such as land reserves, affordable housing projects, municipal and industrial park infrastructure, and ecological protection. Refinance special bonds of 10.146 billion yuan to replace existing hidden debts.
