Huayu Mining announced that the company's second extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2026 reviewed and passed the bill on by-election of non-independent directors and the 15th meeting of the 5th board of directors held on the same day elected Cheng Guojun as the chairman of the 5th board of directors and the director carrying out company affairs on behalf of the company. Cheng Guojun acted as board secretary until a new director was selected and hired. After this restructuring, the 5th board of directors consists of 9 directors, including 1 employee representative director and 3 independent directors; at the same time, the members of the four special committees on strategy, nomination, remuneration, assessment, and audit were adjusted.
