Tiantu Investment (01973) subsidiary plans to subscribe to Topos AI Infra Holdings and Topos AI Infra Investments with a total share commitment of US$25 million

According to Zhitong Financial App, Tiantu Investment (01973) announced that on September 23, 2026 (after market closing), the company signed a Topos AI Infra Holdings subscription agreement with Topos AI Infra Holdings through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tiantu GP Company to subscribe for approximately 16.7% of Topos AI Infra Holdings' issued share capital at a total cost of US$5 million. According to the agreement with Topos AI Infra Holdings, Tiantu Global Management (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) will be the managing shareholder of Topos AI Infra Holdings, and it must invest the total amount of capital raised (approximately US$30 million) in Topos AI Infra Investments (a company that will become a subsidiary of Topos AI Infra Holdings).

At around the same time, Tiantu Investments (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) also signed a Topos AI Infra Investments subscription agreement with Topos AI Infra Holdings to subscribe for approximately 40.0% of Topos AI Infra Investments' issued share capital at a total cost of US$20 million. As a result, the Group's total commitment under the subscription agreement was US$25 million.
