China Energy Construction (03996) nominated Fang Xiaobing and Ding Wei as non-executive director candidates

Due to age, Mr. Liu Xueshi will no longer serve as a non-executive director and member of the Board of Directors's Remuneration and Assessment Committee, effective from the date of review and approval by the company's shareholders' meeting. The board of directors further announced that it agreed to nominate Mr. Fang Xiaobing and Mr. Ding Wei as non-executive director candidates.
