Microsoft also plans to invest more than 400 million US dollars to build undersea and land network connections in the Middle East by 2030, and launch a digital resilience plan to strengthen cooperation in data protection, business continuity, and cybersecurity. The company will also expand AI skills training, continuing plans to help more than 4.2 million people improve relevant skills by 2030.
