Since this year, the number of travel complaints across the country has declined by 39.24% year over year. We will insist on asking the needs of the people and considering them, unblock tourist evaluation and feedback channels, improve the tourism market credit system, carry out civilized tourism promotion and guidance, and create a safe, orderly, civilized and honest tourism consumption environment for tourists.
