According to transaction documents, Beijing Easway Computing Technology Co., Ltd. has initiated a Hong Kong IPO investor needs assessment. The funds raised will be used to develop human-computer interactive chip products, multimedia processing chip products, interconnect chip products, and computing chip products; the funds raised will also be used to enhance software and hardware integration platform capabilities and improve the R&D system; for strategic mergers and acquisitions; for expanding the global commercialization network; and to supplement working capital and general corporate purposes. According to preliminary prospectus, CITIC Securities and CITIC Construction Investment International acted as co-sponsors.
