In August, China achieved exports of 1.05 million vehicles, an increase of 37% year on year and a decrease of 4% month on month. The year-on-year trend was generally strong, and the month-on-month trend was temporarily blocked. The main drivers this year are still high oil prices and the increasing competitiveness of Chinese products and the continued growth of the global southern markets. Exports from the UK, Australia, and the Philippines fell significantly from month to month in August.
